We want you to love every piece you receive from Taraangan Fashion. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.
Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days we are unable to accept returns except in the case of a defect that was not visible on receipt.
Conditions
- Item must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and certificates (where provided) must be intact.
- Pierced jewellery (e.g. earrings) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.
- Customised, engraved, or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless defective.
- Items purchased on final-sale promotions are non-returnable unless defective.
How to start a return
Email taraanganfashion@gmail.com from the address on your order, with your order ID and a short description (and a photo, if the item is damaged). We will reply within 2 business days with shipping instructions and a return authorisation.
Return shipping
For returns due to a defect or our error, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We strongly recommend an insured/tracked courier; we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit to us.
Refund timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with the outcome within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
We're happy to arrange an exchange for a different size or piece of equal value, subject to availability. Email us with your order ID to start an exchange.
Damaged or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping) as a priority.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund up until they enter dispatch. Once a tracking number has been generated the order can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it under this policy.
