Product information
We make every effort to display our products accurately, but variations in screens, lighting, and the handcrafted nature of jewellery may cause slight differences between the photograph and the item you receive. Gemstones, in particular, are natural and exhibit variations in colour and inclusion.
Pricing and availability
Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit purchase quantities. Stock is updated in near real-time but may occasionally be unavailable; in that case we will notify you and refund any payment in full.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept the offer when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock unavailability), in which case any payment made is refunded in full.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. By placing an order you authorise the charge for the total order amount. We do not store your full card or UPI details.

Shipping costs and timelines are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
